Beef
Our beef is supplied by Ludgates in Thame. A long running family business who breeds their own Hereford cattle.
Pork
Padbury butchers supply our outdoor reared pork from the Woods of Witney and their homemade Kev’s Specials sausages, the ideal all-rounder.
Lamb
Locally reared in Fleet Marston our lamb is as fresh as it can be from Cranwell Farms. Greg the farmer is a local and great friend to our family.
