Flexible meeting room layout
Let us know how many guests are expected at your event. We will arrange the meeting room to your requirements. We can remove tables and position seats to face the front for a presentation.
Typically, we are asked to arrange seating around tables with the following lay outs:
– Boardroom – All delegates around one large, central table
– U-Shaped – Seated around the outside of the room, with a view of the presenter
– Classroom – Delegates sat at tables facing the front of the room
